Welcome to El Funoun Group Edinburgh! We are an established group for Palestinian Culture and Art. Join us in our quest to exhibit Palestinian culture in Scotland. We wish to delineate that Scotland/Palestine El Funoun Group has no connection with the
El Funoun Dance Troupe of Ramallah. Our Group consists of local community members who have flourished these past four years with the help of countless local volunteers of all nationalities and religions. In between putting on small dramas in the Edinburgh summer festival fringe, El Funoun Group run an Arabic cultural workshop relying to a large extent on volunteers as well.

Events
El Funoun's main activities involve running a cultural and language workshop. For the past five years El Funoun has performed in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August. During the year El Funoun run theatrical events, educational workshops, exhibitions and other festival activities such as dancing and sampling of Arabic food. El Funoun celebrates Muslim and Christian festivals with the Palestinian community. Everyone is welcome to take part.
